The other day, Frill had a photo shoot at The Bradford so naturally, after the shoot was over, I took a couple of blog pics on their patio! {Please excuse the lack of make up. Running around in the heat, styling models, moving things, etc for about 6 hours can pretty well wear it off.} But isn’t their concrete pavers patio perfection with the hanging market lights!? *Insert into my own backyard please.*
When I think of fall, I think of two things – Plaid prints and wool. Since we are currently in that awkward half cold half hot phase of fall, I figured this skirt would be the perfect transitional piece. The black and white checked print is perfect for the season and the pops of royal blue help keep it summer.

My crazy, fabulous yesterday…
Yesterday, we took the day off/worked from home and had quite the unexpected turn of events… Last minute, I decided to help one of my favorite photographers, Geni of Pink Owl Photography, with a shoot and ended up at a private airplane hanger! *swoon* And to top it all off, afterwards I got to ride in one of their WW2 planes!! Talk about amazing!

How amazing is this view?! I died. There is just something so incredible about being able to feel the air while you’re flying. It’s almost magical. {I’m practically getting goosebumps just thinking about it!}

  35. Swooning over that top! It is really to die for! I'm so jealous that you were able to hang out in a private hanger. We have a friend with a private plane and I LOVE getting to hang in his hanger!
