Hi all! I hope you had a great Monday {well, as great as a Monday can be}! I’m having a slightly off day – I took a ton of pictures over the past couple of days and for some reason none of them are striking my fancy right now. {Don’t you just hate when that happens!?} So in an effort to re-focus, I decided to take a step back and switch things up for a day by sharing some of the quotes that are currently speaking to my heart.
Each of them is special to me for it’s own reason, but I think the one that is currently resonating with me the most is the last. This is the topic that our current sermon series is on and the full quote is this:
“God rarely shows you a problem so you can tell someone else about it. God burdens the heart God calls.”
In a day of over sharing, social media and a general lack of motivation to do things ourselves, I find this quote extremely powerful. Sometimes is nice to be reminded of the fact that the burdens we are given are actually blessings. And we have been chosen to carry these for a reason.
