Confession time – I’m not the biggest fan of sunflowers. **Gasp.** Yes, I know. They are beautiful and the color is amazing, but for some reason they just aren’t one of my faves. I think the main reason is simply the fact that the stem is so darn big! You have to have multiple in a bouquet for it to look normal and can you imagine growing one!? A plant as large as that only producing one flower!? Talk about a low reward.
Anyway, that said though, there is something so enchanting about sunflowers growing in large groups. To see them in a field is simply stunning. So, when my friend asked if I wanted to take pictures in this area I jumped at the chance! The setting was perfect and it gave me the chance to finally wear this dress that’s been sitting in my closet for a year! What’s your opinion? Yay or nay to sunflowers?

This dress is lovely! A shame it's been underused T_T. I love sun flowers. They grow like weeds btw, so it was the perfect thing for my kids to grow without killing. They also last for a very long time and are impressive to smallems that are only about 3 ft tall. I had a garden of about twenty at one point.
