I bought these shooties {shoes/booties – great right} from Aldo the other day while I was on the hunt for something unique and loved the the color for fall. When I purchased them, I did so with the intention of wearing them with a new dress I’d received, but wasn’t 100% sold on how the shoes and dress would look together. 
Commence rant:
So in true Frill fashion, I modeled them for the girls at work the next morning with the dress I had in mind. Their reaction – they loved the shoes, but not with that dress and not at that price point. I agreed. So a the next day, I took the shoes back to the store and told them I wanted to return them because I’d bought them specifically for this one dress and they just didn’t look great together. The sales associate then took the shoes out of the box, looked at the bottom and told me that I couldn’t return them because they’ve been worn. I looked at the minuscule scratch she was pointing and told her that yes, I had tried them on both in store and at home so technically they had been “worn” but that it was ridiculous that five minutes worth of wear (indoors, turning and stepping) was considered enough for them to not be eligible for a return. We went back and forth about this for a good couple of minutes and I finally gave up and left, shoes in hand.
Long story short. Aldo’s return policy is practically nonexistent, so don’t buy the shoes unless your 100% sold! Thankfully I think I’ve been able to successfully work them into the rest of my fall wardrobe and I do have to say, I think they look pretty cute with cuffed jeans!

  19. I have a really bad case of buyer's remorse. Every time I buy something I try it on a hundred times to make sure I like it and will get a lot of wear out of it lol. I totally feel your pain on the shoes. That's so frustrating. But, on the bright side, they are SOOO cute. Love the color and style. They truly are statement making booties and were meant to be yours;)!
